Terms of Service

Last updated — July 2026

The service

PepperLime is a personal food journal with weight tracking, fasting, a simple workout log, recipes, and optional coaching. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Not medical advice

PepperLime is a journal, not a doctor. Nutrition figures, BMI, calorie estimates, and anything a coach shares with you are informational only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet, fasting practice, or exercise — especially if you have a medical condition or a history of disordered eating.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to consent to these terms in your jurisdiction. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service.

Your content

Your entries and recipes remain yours. By posting a public recipe you allow other PepperLime users to view it. By sharing content with a coach or client you allow that person to view it for as long as the relationship is active. Do not post content that is unlawful, harmful, or that you do not have the right to share.

Coaching relationships

Coaches on PepperLime are independent professionals, not PepperLime employees. Any payment arrangement listed on a coach's profile is between you and the coach. PepperLime provides the tools — the journal access, recipe sharing, and progress views — not the coaching itself.

Nutrition data

Food nutrition data comes from the USDA FoodData Central database and from foods that users create. Values can be incomplete or imprecise; treat totals as estimates.

Availability and changes

PepperLime is provided as-is. We work to keep it fast and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves; if we make material changes to these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.

Contact
